Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role you will have the opportunity to provide HR support to all employees in the Monterrey 2.0 while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders. Responsible for managing life cycle for employees, payroll, master data & metrics, and work in partnership with HR community to assure accurate, timely and compliant operations. Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others.The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Area in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tFirst point of contact for employees and supervisors.•\tPartner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. •\tOversee implementation of HR processes at the location, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. •\tEnsure all HR metrics are properly documented and shared to owners: headcount, open positions, diversity, attrition and absenteeism.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor´s degree in adminsitration, human resources or similar.\t5+ years of experience in similar positions.\tTreatment, attention and first contact with unionized people.\tAttention to unionized personnel managers (Leaders/Managers).\tAction plans for retention of unionized personnel.\tExperience in Federal Labor Law 47 134 and 135 / Regulations.\tExperience in conflict management and application of sanctions.\tPleasure in working directly on the production floor.\tInvolvement with union.\tExperience in rotation and absenteeism.\tBasic knowledge of payrolls (Revolution / Workday).\tExperience using Microsoft Office / Revolution / Workday.\tExperience with teams of +300 people in terms of support.\tIntermediate English Level.
