HR Business Partner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to support and execute HR Business process. Each day, you will partner with different teams, employees and managers representing HR in the business. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnsiteThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solution in San Luis Potosi. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tSupport and lead engagement events.•\tCoordination of training activities as planning, organization and execution.•\tSuports with reports related to HR activities within the business.•\tSupport employees with HR related questions and processes.

Qualifications for the role

\tBachelors degree in Business management, Psicology and related fields.\tNew graduate - 2 years experience in HR activities in manufacturing industry.\tMS Office and Documentation Management.\tPower BI proficiency (desirable). \tAdvanced English.\tService Oriented and Open communication at different levels.
