Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for an \"HR Services Specialist (Temporary Contract – Project Based 30.06.2025)\" who will be able to demonstrate knowledge in ABB HR Services – Front Office in Maltepe-İstanbul, Türkiye location.Executes and delivers assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s),Supports employee queries and HR community (by ticketing tool),Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers,Performs data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services,Maintains a high level of data quality and accuracy in the systems, provides on-demand reports related to the process,where required.Supports the team on ad hoc activities and HR Transformation Project processes.
Qualifications for the roleWe are looking for a suitable candidate for administrative support in HR Front Office in Istanbul. You don't need to have experience in HR, but we require knowledge of working with MS Excel and advanced knowledge of English.Bachelor's degree. Interested in different aspects of Human Resources as a function,Knowledge of SAPHR & Workday would be an advantage,A project management mindset and the ability to manage multiple demands on your time and work in cross-functional teams,A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong communication skills, both in writing and verbally,Analytical skills and good attention to details.
