HR Internship Opportunity 

U-Haul Human Resources is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as an HR Intern. Reporting to the Manager of HR Operations & Project Management, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic Human Resources environment. The internship is designed to provide exposure to various HR functions and help build a strong foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

HR Intern Responsibilities

Assist with managing calls to the HR main line and directing them appropriately.Welcome and assist visitors at the front desk with professionalism and a positive attitude.Support the team by organizing and distributing incoming mail and packages.Provide administrative and clerical support to various HR departments.Contribute to HR Operations projects by assisting with research, data entry, and coordination tasks.Help plan and organize employee recognition events and celebrations.Take on small projects and tasks as assigned to support the HR team.

What We’re Looking For

A resilient and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn.A positive, professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with general office equipment and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.Clear and effective communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
