The HR Partner, Retail will serve as the primary point of contact for store partners and leaders, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business objectives, while providing guidance on partner experience, performance management, and operational excellence. This role is critical to fostering a positive employee experience and supporting retail leaders with engagement, career development, and retention efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Consult with partners and store leaders on a wide variety of topics including training needs, performance management, policy interpretations, career development, leadership skills, conflict management, and other issues impacting productivity and/or morale. •Collaborate with field leadership and store partners to align HR strategies with business goals.•Act as primary point of contact for partners and store leadership on investigating and addressing partner concerns, providing guidance on appropriate performance management or other interventions to improve partner experience. •Support talent development initiatives, collaborating with leaders on talent assessment processes, annual engagement surveys, and change initiatives. •Participate in talent acquisition efforts to attract and retain top talent and help to develop/train leaders on inclusive hiring processes. •Assist with leadership onboarding programs to ensure successful integration and transition of new store leaders. •Conduct field visits when needed to support labor relations, engagement, and investigation needs. •Participate in special projects as needed.

Minimum qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a retail or field-based environment. Combination of experience and education may be considered. •Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.•Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.•Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.•Familiarity with retail industry dynamics and challenges.•Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.•Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and guide leaders.•Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.•Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.•Ability to travel 25% of the time.#LI-AT2

Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied.
