Required Qualifications
Bachelor's\n degree in Human Resources or related fieldmin. 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roleBusiness fluent in written as well as spoken EnglishExperience in supporting a regional\n model, strong\n knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, advanced Excel skills for data analysis include creating charts Excellent\n communication and interpersonal skills, ability\n to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and\n integrity, ability to work independently as well as act as a team player
Demonstrated ability to drive\n employee engagement and talent development initiatives
