We have an opportunity for a HR Partner to join us at Honeywell in Katowice, Poland. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

A day in the Life:

Provide HR support and guidance\n to the regional HR model, partner with business leaders\n to understand their HR needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talentDrive employee engagement\n initiatives and foster a positive work culture, support talent management\n processes, including performance management, succession planning, and\n career developmentEnsure compliance with HR\n policies, procedures, and legal requirements, handle employee relations\n matters and provide guidance on HR-related issuesCollaborate with\n cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiativesSupport organizational change\n initiatives and facilitate effective communicationProvide coaching and support to\n managers and employees on HR-related matter

Required Qualifications

 Bachelor's\n degree in Human Resources or related field
min. 3-5 years of experience in HR generalist roleBusiness fluent in written as well as spoken EnglishExperience in supporting a regional\n model, strong\n knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws, advanced Excel skills for data analysis include creating charts Excellent\n communication and interpersonal skills, ability\n to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and\n integrity, ability to work independently as well as act as a team player 
Demonstrated ability to drive\n employee engagement and talent development initiatives
