Relocation Available

Focus: The first rotation only will be in the Cleveland, Tennessee office.  Additional locations may include the Charleston, Tennessee manufacturing facility; future relocations are required.  Execution of future rotations occurs over 36 months in different Olin businesses and locations.  Participants will grow your Human Resources expertise and leadership skills while developing in the rotational program.   Olin’s HR Teams support business leaders across the global organization to identify and deliver value-added and sustainable solutions aligned with Olin’s core values and business strategies.  Participants are paired with an HR leader to provide mentorship throughout the program.    


HR Pathways Rotational Development Program Essential Job Functions:

This accelerated program provides early career experiences across multiple segments of Human Resources while giving participants insight into the organization and culture through challenging assignments, exposure to senior HR leaders, networking, structured HR learning programs, an assigned HR mentor with each rotation, and an assigned HR senior leadership sponsor. Rotational assignments will meet current organizational business needs and include but are not limited to an HR Generalist role with HR Business Partner responsibilities for business process groups with exposure to HR Specialist functions, an HR Generalist role in a primary Olin manufacturing plant location with other HR staff, an HR flex assignment at the Corporate office location or a significant special project opportunity.  These rotations will accelerate participants development and career progression in the HR function.  Upon successful completion of the Olin HR Pathways Rotational Development Program, participants will be considered for a non-rotational assignment in Olin’s Human Resources organization.    HR Pathways Rotational Development Program Essential Minimum Requirements: Participants must fulfill the assigned rotational program commitments and maintain a solid performance rating or greater to maintain eligibility to be considered for a non-rotational placement at the program conclusion. Bachelor’s OR Master's degree* in one of the following:   Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior/Development, Business Administration, or a related field.   Degree must be completed by May 2025.  Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater. Prior HR internships or work experiences up to 3 years’ post-graduate; industrial or manufacturing environments preferred. Proficiency or experience with HR ERP systems is preferred; Workday, PeopleSoft, Taleo, Kronos, and Saba experience strongly preferred.  Experience with data analysis and presentation of data trends and recommendations.      Ideal candidates for this program should demonstrate the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, strong analytical and critical thinking, adapt quickly to change, demonstrate high learning agility, display strong ethics and trust, exhibit strong relationship-building and communication skills, possess solid project management skills, and the ability to exceed results and quickly advance. Ability to travel and geographic flexibility are requirements.  Must be able to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) and possess a valid US Driver's license.
