HR & Payroll Administrator
Description We are inviting applications for the role of HR & Payroll Administrator based in Auburn, Washington. Responsibilities: • Administering all HR functions, including recruitment and benefits administration • Overseeing all aspects of payroll processing, including commissions and payroll taxes • Ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records • Managing OSHA reporting and quarterly taxes • Utilizing accounting software systems for various functions • Overseeing 401k - RRSP Administration and other benefit functions • Auditing processes and systems to ensure accuracy and compliance • Handling full cycle payroll activities • Managing HR Payroll System and other relevant platforms. The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision; life and disability insurances; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with a match and up to 15 days of paid vacation, and up to 7 days of paid sick leave and 10 paid holidays per calendar year.
