Taboola Inc. seeks HR People Analyst in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for providing research, analysis and reporting to ensure the organization remains competitive in the areas of compensation and equity and is proactive in all reporting requirements and needs.
Specific job duties include: (1) supporting the Director Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition teams to assess jobs and their respective duties to determine appropriate salary range using the organization’s compensation philosophy and pay scales guidelines; (2) reviewing and leveling positions using the company’s career framework and ensuring alignment with the company’s organizational structure; (3) managing merit reward and other compensation change processes with data analysis to ensure timely and accurate delivery; (4) supporting team with equity-related research as needed to help determine changes or updates to the organization’s existing rewards and related policies; (5) preparing and presenting summary reports of job analysis and compensation analysis information; (6) using spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and external market trends; (7) creating, supporting and maintaining KPI reports and dashboards for Compensation, Equity, and Payroll Analyze total rewards data and generating useful conclusions and actionable recommendations for HR, management and business users.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related; 2 years of experience with employee compensation data management, analysis, and reporting, including specific experience analyzing external market data for employee rewards, compensation, and equity; knowledge of SEC reporting requirements in the domain of employee compensation.

The pay range for this position in California is $110,000 - $125,000. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
