HR People Analytics Manager

Allied Universal® is hiring a Human Resources Project Manager. The Human Resources Project Manager oversees technical aspects of Allied Universal’s HR Systems, including Position Management, HRIS, and BI Tools, while providing support to the overall Human Resources organization. They serves as the HR subject matter expert, as well as a liaison for technical and functional areas related to HR applications.

The Project Manager will be located full-time in-office at our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

HR Systems Management and Support

Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of overhead headcount management systems, including ongoing developmentCollaborate with HR leaders to design, develop, and implement innovative technology solutions that streamline HR processes and improve the overall employee experienceProvide support to HR system upgrades and enhancements by managing requirements gathering, functional design, testing, training, deployment, and ongoing maintenance

Compensation and Analytics

Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement annual merit increase processesAnalyze data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and address related inquiriesCreate and analyze workforce metrics, trends, and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic HR initiatives (employee retention, position management, etc.)

Project Management and Training

Manage HR technology projects from initiation to closure, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and change managementDevelop and deliver comprehensive training programs on HR systems and processes for HR team members while staying current with emerging HR technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldA minimum of three (3) years of experience in a position demonstrating each of the following:Proven experience in HR systems implementation, configuration, and supportStrong understanding of HR processes and workflowsExperience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors)Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI)Solid understanding of human resources requirements in compliance and confidentialityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsKnowledge of industry best practices and regulatory compliance requirementsExcellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions, and materials with discretionAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

Experience with HR analytics and data visualizationProject management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)Proven experience driving innovation and continuous improvement

BENEFITS:

Pay: $66,560 - $90,000 base salary with annual bonus eligibility Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company’s 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
