You will monitor our business needs to prioritize HR initiatives, that will have the greatest impact on the overall performance of the business. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + In this role, you will focus on organizational capability, talent management, employee engagement and leadership development. + You will act as a sparring partner to our management to support the ongoing organizational development and growth of the unit. + Apart from establishing and executing the full cycle of business partnering, you will develop, train and support the leadership excellence for our leaders.
