HR Practitioner / Generalist
A completed National Diploma in HR Management or a B.Com (Human Resources Management), coupled with 6+ years related HR Generalist experience, preferably within a International Group / Company highly advantageous.
Knowledge of the BCEA, Labour Law, Statutory requirements and payroll processing experience is essential; recruitment and onboarding of new employees; statutory and compliance ito EE, BEE, Skills Development (ATR & WSP submissions); POPI and PAIA administration as well as Workmen's Compensation ROE submissions; performance management; employee benefit funds administration; management assistance - advisory and performance of sub-ordinates and general conduct; travel including flights, accommodation and travel insurance; job profiling (descriptions); job grading; keep employee files updated as well as for their Namibian offices.  Knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act as well as Namibian statutory requirements, employee PAYE calculations highly advantageous; wage negotiations; work permits and related such as : applications to immigration; restricted area permits; medical examinations (local and Namdeb Occupational); travel insurance, flights, accommodation; admin assistance to the Project Manager; and any adhoc requirements from management.
