POSITION OBJECTIVE
\nThe HR Process improvement analyst will support the Process Operation team in developing and maintaining the documentation of processes, policies and procedures for the Human Resources area with a local and global impact, ensuring standardization, regulatory compliance, clear and concise documentation. Identify, propose, and follow up in continuous improvement projects to promote process optimization.
\nYOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\nDocumentation management: Creation, modification, and obsolescence of documentation\nUse of digital tools to create, maintain, and distribute documentation.\nEnsure documents are clear, accurate, and easily accessible to stakeholders.\nSupport in the improvement and documentation of processes and procedures based on several regulations and according to project needs.\nAudit current HR processes and procedures to maintain documentation up to date and identify improvement projects in them. \nSupport in the design and harmonization of HR processes and procedures globally. \nAssist in the follow up of various projects and actions that the area supports.\n\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
\n\nLean six sigma knowledge (i.e. Flow chart, Pareto diagram) \nDesired Core Tools (AMEF)\nDocumentation management(Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Formats, Policies and SIPOC)\nFile Structuring Competence\nRisk management (identification and escalation)\nDesired diagramming tools (preferably Visio) and project management tools (preferable Jira)\nGoogle and Microsoft management\nAssertive communication and time management\n\nEducation:
\n\nBachelor’s degree in Bachelor's in Management or Engineering\n\nExperience:
\n\nMin. 1-3 years of experience in Documentation management (ISO) /Continuous Improvement Role\n\nLanguage:
