HR Process Owner - Talent Management

Job Summary: This is a leadership role responsible for developing and optimizing integrated Talent Management processes across a truly global company and co-leading implementation of new Talent Management solutions (performance and goals management, development planning, learning, succession planning, feedback, mentor matching, etc).
You will work as part of a small team of experts who cover all HR end-to-end processes, acting as consultants to the HR function to drive adoption of leading practices, challenging the status quo, leading continuous improvement activities, trouble-shooting process challenges and identifying options to resolve; and planning, coordinating and supporting roll out of new technologies and technology changes made within each process area.
How you will contributeYou will partner proactively with the Talent Management Center of Expertise (COE). Through research and external insights, you will identifying opportunities to enhance current processes and to implement new technologies to extend ADM’s talent development options.You will partner with the ADM’s IT function, utilizing your broad and deep understanding of Talent Management processes and technologies to align stakeholders around process improvement priorities and technology roadmap opportunities.You will work on implementation projects from business case and technical feasibility onwards, collaborating with our IT Business Partners, other HR E2E process owners and across our integrated technology environment to ensure alignment with policies and standards (privacy, security, etc) and our process/data model governance; ensuring detailed documentation of functional requirements; overseeing development of test scenarios; coordinating end user testing if required and ensuring process documentation and training materials are developed at an appropriate level of granularity.You will to ensure that all data required to support talent-related metrics and analytics is collected through the talent processes.What you will bring
A desire to drive the success of ADM. Your experience and knowledge will cover:Design and maintenance of global processes. Specification of requirements for and/or enhancements to global talent management tools.Development of strong relationships and ability to manage stakeholders across the HR Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, IT support teams and external vendors.Ability to drive consensus across multiple parties with conflicting views.Savviness to champion the approved solution and frame changes in ways that engage the end user community.Ability to engage at a detailed level when presented with local legal/compliance regulations (for example, record keeping in Learning to meet US FDA requirements; training planning processes in France) in order to evaluate localization requests.Ability to think innovatively about potential uses of new functionality and ways to improve service and user experienceUnderstanding of process metrics relevant to Talent ManagementProject management/coordination experience, working to challenging deadlines, proactively identify and mitigating risks.Regional or global cross-team leadership in a large matrix organizationWhat else you need to know about this position.ADM is embarking on an exciting phase of focus on global talent management tools and processes, starting in 2025 with implementation of SuccessFactors Learning module and definition of new job architecture and. The successful candidate will be part of the project leadership of the Learning implementation with responsibility for design of new global processes (implementation partner selection is in progress). With the foundation of job architecture in place we expect to continue implementing additional Successfactors talent modules in 2026 and beyond.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Talent Management or HR Business Partner roles.Expertise with Talent Management systems, including reporting tools and new system deployment.Proven global process design and implementation experience.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.SuccessFactors experience and knowledge of compensation planning are desirable.The location of this position is flexible.
