HR Professional (HR Administration) Requisition ID: 41953 Job Location(s): Povazska Bystrica, SK **Job Description** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **HR Professional (HR Administration)** to join our growing team. This role will provide comprehensive support across all aspects of human resources, focusing on employee lifecycle management and administrative tasks. In this role, you will belong to our AskHR team and report to a local Payroll Manager. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. + Preparing employment contracts, agreements, and addendums for employee onboarding, changes in employment status, and terminations. + Maintaining and updating employee data in internal HR systems. + Managing time and attendance – recording and verifying data in the timekeeping system. + Assisting with payroll preparation. + Handling social security and health insurance registration requirements. + Preparing and processing A1 forms for seconded employees. + Creating reports and analyses as needed. + Providing HR advice and support to employees. + Collaborating on various HR projects. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
