The HR Program Analyst – Talent Acquisition Operational Excellence will be responsible for assisting with ongoing issue resolution and escalations related to North American Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Operations. Additionally, they will perform regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies and industry best practices.
