The Leadership Matters Program Lead supports the Service Delivery Lead with a range of Leadership activities. 

Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain and track an affordable MD headcount planCollaborate with Finance to ensure MD payroll remains below revenue growthSupport HR Leads by identifying MDs who are below Sales and/or Productivity metrics and work closely to track actions to upliftSupport the MD Performance Achievement and Promotion process
