Project Coordinator

Accountabilities: 

As a Project Coordinator in the Human Resources global function, you'll be responsible for managing project-related data, building project dashboards, coordinating internal and external portfolio reports, setting up complex meetings and workshops, and ensuring coordination of different business areas involved in a project. You'll also control small sub-projects under general guidance and coordinate all governance activities across the portfolio. Are you ready to take on these exciting responsibilities? 

Essential Skills/Experience: 

Experience of working with various data sets and sources 

Advanced excel skills 

Experience in working with PowerBI 

Experience in working in a global environment, supporting projects 

Good English written and spoken communication 

Competent in the use of relevant office equipment and systems (MS Office) 

Desirable Skills/Experience: 

Experience in working with Smartsheet 

Experience in working on a global / large scale programme 

Knowledge of AstraZeneca project management framework 

Flexibility – able to adapt working style to support programme needs 

Collaborates well and able to work successfully across multiple functions
