HR Project Manager

HR Project Managers at Snowflake, are responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and scope. You will oversee all aspects of HR related business and systems projects – set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and report on project status.

This role requires someone to be based out of our Dublin, CA,  San Mateo, CA, or New York, NY office 3 days per week. 

AS A HR PROJECT MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Collaborate with departments applicable to overall success of assigned projectsBe responsible for taking small to large, company-wide mission critical projects from original concept through final implementationAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationReport and escalate risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure adherence of internal project management methodologyDevelop detailed project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, security review and on-time deliveryREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:At least 3 years of relevant and progressive project management experienceStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHR Business Acumen - Knowledge of HR practices, processes & standard metrics requiredFamiliar with variety of project management and change management concepts, practices, and proceduresHighly proficient in utilizing various computer applications, especially Google SuiteExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environmentProven experience in managing multiple large programs/projectsExperience managing confidential informationGreat communications skills – you must be able to present your findings to executives and business stakeholders in writing and verballyCollaborate with departments applicable to overall success of assigned projectsBe responsible for taking small to large, company-wide mission critical projects from original concept through final implementationAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationReport and escalate risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationEnsure adherence of internal project management methodologyDevelop detailed project execution plan and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training, security review and on-time deliveryIDEAL CANDIDATE:Experience with HR software integrations, especially Workday and ServiceNowExperience with M&A and/or International Expansion projectsExperience at a fast-paced tech companyPMP or CAPM certificationStrong skills with Wrike or other project management tool

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $111,000 - $150,100.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
