Robert Half is seeking a Contract-to-Hire HR Project Manager role for a prestigious client in the insurance industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to facilitate our client's mission of creating a positive impact and promoting high performance, and personal development.
Position Summary:
As an HR Project Manager, you will be instrumental in addressing business challenges and designing appropriate solutions. You will work closely with the HRIS team to leverage technology in process support and drive continuous improvement. The role involves planning, executing, and resourcing a variety of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Translating strategic opportunities into measurable tasks
+ Driving continuous improvement activities
+ Managing HR-specific special projects
+ Supporting mergers and acquisitions process
+ Overseeing HR-vendor relationships
+ Identifying and implementing tech-oriented process enhancement solutions
+ Managing risks in HR processes, strategies, and projects
+ Developing and prioritizing work plans
+ Creating and implementing communication and training strategies for process changes
+ Supervising workflow within the HR department
+ Fostering collaboration within and outside HR functions
+ Mentoring and training staff
Long Term Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 Benefits available to contract professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance. Requirements
Qualifications:
+ BA, BS degree or equivalent
+ Green or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification is desired
+ Experience with Agile methodology is needed
+ Strong Change Management Experience
+ Project Management certification is an advantage
+ Proven experience in a Project and Portfolio Management process is required
+ At least three years of supervisory experience
+ Excellent communication and organization skills
+ Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smart Sheets, MS Teams, SharePoint, MS Project, Visio, and Lean/Six Sigma tools
