The HR Project Manager will be responsible for managing various HR projects, collaborating with team members, and ensuring the successful execution of HR initiatives. Data and Requisition Management: * Collaborate with HR SVP on managing data and requisitions * Ensure accurate and timely data entry and maintenance Project Management and Communications: * Communicate effectively with managers and business stakeholders about various programs and initiatives Reporting and Analysis: * Utilize tools such as PowerBI, SuccessFactors, and Qualtrics to generate and analyze reports * Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis Client-Facing Communications: * Interact professionally with business clients and present findings as needed * Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications
