HR PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGER
**Description** HR PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGER General Summary: We are searching for an HR Project & Process Manager who will provide project management support for the Shared Services HR team, lead large projects, and drive process improvements for Human Resources. The HR Project Manager & Process Manager will also develop relationships with key leaders in each of the JBS/Pilgrim’s businesses to ensure the Shared Services team is aligned and prepared for new projects being planned. Responsibilities: + Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional partners, including Business Unit HR, Shared Services HR, IT, HR Systems Vendors, and Finance to clearly identify, explain, and communicate their project involvement, project goals, expectations, and tasks. + Independently lead cross-functional teams through the executional elements of projects. This is a hands-on project management role; expected to develop, track and manage detailed project (and product) level timelines and critical path schedules. + Drive team accountability for deliverables and ensure projects meet milestones as well as project/business objectives and gain approval of project recommendations through stage gate decision forums. + Develop and manage up-to-date timelines inclusive of the critical milestones, key interdependencies and resource constraints, applying appropriate project scheduling techniques. + Monitor project status and execution; develop agendas, minutes, metrics, etc. for the teams. + Maintain Project Templates, Project Dashboards and Updated Forms as defined for the project. + Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders, with direction and guidance, lead development and delivery of tactical and achievable mitigation and contingency planning. + Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives, as assigned, and promote the sharing of standard methodologies. + Develop and execute change management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. + This position requires up to 10% travel. + Other duties as assigned. What You Bring (Qualifications): + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in project management. + 5+ years in project management preferred. + HR knowledge and experience preferred. + Internal JBS or Pilgrim’s knowledge highly preferred. + Strong technical skills with project management tools (Office/Teams/SharePoint/SmartSheets). + Experience leading large projects both in person and online. + Advanced time management, analytical skills and attention to detail. + Excel in conflict resolution, negotiation and people management. + Ability to work independently; strong leadership skills. + Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. + Ability to foster relationships and influence others. + Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail. + Experience with M&A and/or greenfield growth projects is preferred. + PMP Certification preferred.
