Role: HR Project Specialist
The HR Project Specialist is an essential member of the Human Resources (People and Culture) team, providing project coordination and operational support to the HR Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in helping coordinate and streamline team operations, supporting key HR initiatives, and fostering an engaging team culture. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, team collaboration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, eager to learn, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Your day-to- day
• Assist in operationalizing leadership team strategies and vision by supporting annual goals, initiatives, and HR projects.
• Provide coordination support to the HR Leadership Team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Actively support team culture by planning and coordinating in-person and virtual meetings, events, and engagement activities.
• Partner with HR leadership to create a positive team environment, facilitating opportunities for collaboration and recognition.
• Act as a point of contact for team meetings and projects, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups.
• Prepare, review, and distribute correspondence, presentations, and reports for the HR Leadership Team.
• Maintain organized records of projects, meeting notes, and follow-up actions. HR Project Coordination:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of HR projects, including workforce planning, HR system implementations, and organizational development initiatives. • Assist with the planning and execution of HR projects, including HR system implementations, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and checklists, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor project progress and assist in tracking key milestones and deliverables. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with HR leadership, departmental heads, and external vendors to define project requirements and scope.

• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives. Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
• Assist in implementing and documenting new workflows, tools, and processes to improve HR operations.
• Ensure alignment of project outcomes with company policies and compliance standards. Data Analysis and Reporting
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing HR data to support decision-making.
• Prepare basic reports and status updates for ongoing projects and initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets as set out below. Pay within these ranges varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. The range provided may represent a candidate range and may not reflect the full range for an individual tenured employee. This role may be eligible for variable pay and/or equity. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes flexible time off, a robust well-being program that provides for 4 global wellbeing days per year, and a 3-week work from anywhere option.
**Base Pay Ranges:**
SF Bay Area, New York City Metro Area:
Base Pay Range: 65,850.00 - 96,580.00 USD
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:
Base Pay Range: 51,825.00 - 76,010.00 USD
All other cities and states excluding those listed above:
Base Pay Range: 49,875.00 - 73,150.00 USD
