We boldly go. **Job Summary** **:** The Hourly Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring hourly employees for our facility. This position will require on-site presence to effectively manage the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume recruiting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. **Responsibilities:** + **Sourcing and Recruitment:** + Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified hourly candidates. + Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community partnerships. + Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. + **Candidate Management:** + Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. + Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. + Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process. + **Onboarding:** + Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed. + Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new employees. + **Compliance and Reporting:** + Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics. + Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes. + **Collaboration:** + Work closely with HR team members and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. + Participate in job fairs, community events, and other recruitment activities to promote the company and attract talent. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **Work Environment:** + This position will require an on-site presence at our facility. **Key Competencies:** We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
