Description Job Description: We have an ongoing opportunity for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying top talent, building relationships, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: + Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including: + Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and build job descriptions. + Implementing effective recruitment strategies using various tools like job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing. + Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and overseeing pre-employment checks. + Candidate Experience: + Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. + Provide timely feedback, maintain open communication, and manage candidate expectations. + Employer Branding: + Promote our company as the employer of choice through innovative recruitment marketing campaigns. + Attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related activities. + Data Management: + Maintain accurate and current applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. + Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics to help guide strategic decisions. + Diversity and Inclusion: + Work towards meeting diversity hiring goals by employing inclusive recruitment practices. + Compliance: + Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. + Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR. + Proven track record of successful hiring in a corporate environment. + Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS. + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Knowledge of employment law related to hiring practices. Preferred Skills: + Certifications like PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP. + Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar platforms. + Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
