35 Hour work week
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $40,021 - $44,850

Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
+ Oversee the development and circulation of all job postings.
+ Complete necessary paperwork for newly hired staff and internal transfers.
+ Provide information on RCIL to potential applicants, other agencies, and the community.
+ Attend all local job fairs and expos; routinely visit colleges for recruitment purposes.
Education:
+ An Associates Degree in related field is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ Two years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment is highly preferred.
+ Strong customer service, networking, and communication skills.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
