Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in Valley View, Ohio. This role is crucial within the team, focusing on processing job requirements, advertising positions, and maintaining a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience. Responsibilities • Develop a strong pipeline of candidates through various sourcing strategies. • Collaborate with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and open positions. • Advertise job openings using appropriate recruiting sources. • Conduct initial screening of resumes, perform phone interviews, and make recommendations to hiring managers. • Document the candidate evaluation and interview process meticulously. • Negotiate or support hiring managers in formulating new permanent employee compensation packages. • Assist in various Talent Acquisition projects and administrative tasks as required. • Promote the company image positively to potential candidates and external service providers. • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is mandatory • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desired • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required • Ability to utilize Careerbuilder for recruitment purposes • Must have a solid understanding of CRM • Knowledge of About Time software is preferred • Experience with Applicant Track System is necessary • Responsible for conducting background checks • Ability to handle Benefit Functions is a must • Excellent communication skills are required.
