Description We are in the process of selecting an HR Recruiter to join our team in the industry, based in a location. As an HR Recruiter, you will be primarily focused on sourcing potential candidates, managing employer branding initiatives, and overseeing the full-cycle recruiting process. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Utilize various platforms, job boards, and social media channels to source candidates with experience in the required field.
• Schedule and conduct phone screenings for prospective candidates.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to appeal to high-quality candidates.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Operate ADP Workforce Now and other HRIS systems for talent acquisition management.
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners.
• Comply with all labor regulations and fair employment practices.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and team members.
• Employ Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools for task management and reporting. Requirements • Possess proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, vital for managing financial tasks and payroll efficiently.
• Demonstrate expertise in ADP Workforce Now, crucial for streamlining HR processes.
• Exhibit knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, necessary for effective networking.
• Have experience with Careerbuilder, important for successful recruitment strategies.
• Show competence in CRM, essential for managing customer relationships and data analysis.
• Display familiarity with About Time, key for effective time and attendance management.
• Understand the workings of Applicant Track System, vital for streamlining the recruitment process.
• Be capable of conducting Background Checks, necessary for assessing potential employee suitability.
• Have knowledge of Benefit Functions, crucial for managing employee benefits effectively.
• Possess strong Communication skills, critical for effective interaction with employees and management. TalentMatch®
