Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Simi Valley, California. The HR Recruiter will be part of a dynamic environment, tasked with various responsibilities related to recruitment and human resources. Responsibilities • Utilizing ATS for efficient applicant tracking and management. • Conducting phone screenings and setting up interviews, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. • Performing data entry tasks with precision, ensuring the maintenance of accurate records. • Utilizing tools such as Google Sheets and Excel to manage and organize data. • Handling confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity. • Adjusting to changes in processes as directed and maintaining a flexible approach to work. • Conducting background checks as part of the recruitment process. • Leveraging CRM for efficient candidate relationship management. • Ensuring effective communication within the team and with potential candidates. • Utilizing software such as ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions.
