Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the Bridgewater, New Jersey area. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. This role entails handling a high volume of recruitment tasks and requires a strong understanding of the banking industry. Responsibilities • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. • Utilize the Applicant Track System to streamline the recruitment process. • Source candidates for various roles within the banking industry. • Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for available roles. • Handle a high volume of recruitment tasks effectively and efficiently. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the banking industry to identify suitable candidates. • Perform onboarding tasks for new hires.
