HR Recruiter
Description We are seeking a HR Recruiter for a short-term contract employment opportunity in the Princeton, New Jersey area. Your role will be pivotal in managing the recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, and assisting with the onboarding of new hires. You will also provide support with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and aid in scheduling interviews. Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process to handle the overflow of requisitions • Source potential candidates for various roles within the company • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition • Schedule interviews, coordinating between candidates and relevant departments • Provide support in setting up and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) • Administer HR-related duties as required, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements • Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, demonstrating a deep understanding of HR processes and procedures • Proficiency in conducting interviews, with a keen eye for identifying potential talent and evaluating candidate fit • Experience in managing onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization • Demonstrated history in recruiting, with a focus on filling positions quickly and efficiently • Strong skills in recruitment sourcing, with the ability to identify and attract candidates through various channels • Familiarity with the energy or natural resources industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's unique requirements and challenges • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a streamlined and efficient recruitment process • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, meeting recruitment needs in a timely manner • Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations, ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant • Proficiency in using HR software and digital tools for recruitment, improving efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
