Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the financial services industry, located in Greenville, South Carolina. The workplace is a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will be involved in various aspects of human resources, particularly in recruitment. Responsibilities: • Conduct preliminary virtual interviews as the first point of contact for potential candidates. • Use a systematic series of questions or scripts during the interview process to evaluate candidates. • Collaborate closely with field managers, forwarding potential candidates for further evaluation and meetings. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient recruitment processes. • Use ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for data transfer and processing. • Employ resources such as Careerbuilder and CRM for sourcing and managing candidate information. • Manage and conduct background checks to ensure the credibility of potential employees. • Perform various benefit functions as part of the recruitment process. • Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the recruitment cycle. • Use the Applicant Track System for efficient candidate tracking and management.
