Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a proficient HR Recruiter to join our team in New York. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, maintaining accurate applicant records, and ensuring effective communication with potential candidates. Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across the organization • Utilize ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for effective recruitment and candidate management • Operate ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for seamless data transfer and management • Leverage Careerbuilder and other recruitment platforms for sourcing potential candidates • Utilize CRM for tracking and managing candidate interactions • Employ 'About Time' software for efficient time management during recruitment process • Manage Applicant Track System for tracking applicant status throughout recruitment process • Conduct thorough Background Checks for potential candidates • Oversee Benefit Functions to ensure effective management of employee benefits • Ensure clear and effective Communication with all stakeholders throughout recruitment process. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required • Must be skilled in using ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary • Experience with Careerbuilder is essential • Must have solid CRM skills • Knowledge of About Time is a plus • Applicant Track System proficiency is needed • Must be able to conduct Background Checks • Understanding of Benefit Functions is required • Excellent Communication skills are essential.
