Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a HR Recruiter in Boca Raton, Florida. This role will be based 100% on-site and will play a crucial role in our human resources department. Responsibilities: • Oversee the screening process for a large volume of job applications on a weekly basis • Conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates • Draft and finalize offer letters for selected candidates • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure a smooth recruitment process • Utilize skills in corporate recruiting to attract and permanent experienced candidates • Continually update and maintain accurate records of all applicants and their statuses • Be a proactive team member, willing to learn and grow in the role. Requirements • Proven experience in Corporate Recruiting • Proficiency in drafting and sending Offer Letters • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong decision-making skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines • Knowledge of HR systems and databases • Ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.) • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.) • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and resume databases • Experience with recruiting software and candidate databases • Proven ability to manage and lead a team • Knowledge of labor legislation • Excellent negotiation skills • Strong analytical skills and ability to create reports and presentations • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
