Description We are currently offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in the non-profit sector, based in Azusa, California. The role entails a variety of functions related to recruitment and human resources management. The workplace is dynamic, requiring interaction with various departments and individuals. Responsibilities: • Conduct recruitment activities, including setting up interviews and coordinating with potential candidates • Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and CRM systems to streamline recruitment processes • Manage and update ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now systems to keep track of financial aspects of recruitment • Use the Applicant Track System for efficient management of applicant data • Perform background checks on potential candidates to ensure compliance with company policies • Use Careerbuilder and About Time tools to attract and manage prospective employees • Handle benefit functions, ensuring employees are informed about their benefits and any changes • Maintain open and effective communication with team members and potential candidates • Participate in occasional travel for recruitment purposes. Requirements • Possess at least one year of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar position • Demonstrated proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now • Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Experience with Careerbuilder and other job posting platforms • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems • Knowledge of About Time software • Experience with Applicant Track System • Ability to conduct comprehensive Background Checks • Understanding of Benefit Functions within a non-profit organization • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
