HR Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist
Description Seeking a passionate, detail-oriented HR Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist to manage all aspects of hiring and onboarding new employees. This role takes full responsibility for the entire recruitment and onboarding process, including positioning job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and managing the onboarding process. Responsibilities: + Develop and maintain job postings on various recruiting channels. + Screen applications and short-list candidates. + Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews. + Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and the HR team. + Facilitate job offers and conduct negotiations when necessary. + Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including organizing orientations and training. + Keep track of all candidate information and ensure the hiring pipeline is kept up-to-date using HRIS Systems. + Work closely with the HR team in improving existing hiring and onboarding processes. Requirements Qualifications: + A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. + Proven experience in HR recruiting and onboarding roles. + Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. + Excellent communication and negotiating skills. + Strong organization and time management skills. + Proficiency in using HRIS Systems.
