HR Regional Effectiveness Specialist (6 - month contract)

Currently we're looking for a specialist who will review HR Help Content across the region in order to identify and recommend areas for standardization or improvement. HR Regional Effectiveness Specialist (6-month contract) Key Responsibilities: Support T0 Effectiveness through Knowledge Management and HR Help Content creation and certification in order to deliver effective content and enhance Employee Experience. Identify and map key local processes and recommend improvements to optimize and gain efficiency. Support on Governance and CommCells to build team capability and deliver an excellent service. Follow up KPIs, understand metrics and prepare reporting and presentations for stakeholders. Identify and recommend areas for standardization, automation or improvement in systems and processes, and collaborate with the Global and Local teams on implementation. Implement new ways-of-working as part of T1 teams and work on current gaps with the use of HR enabling technologies. Be responsible for all People Services Hub documents, including Work Instructions, Guidelines, SOP, etc. and keep them updated and improve them when necessary. Participate in projects and initiatives to implement them both in the hubs and in HR People Services in general. Support Training, communications, and engagement activities for T1 teams, including creating materials for relevant events. Why You? Necessary Qualifications and Skills: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent Excellent English Exposure to Process Training and Knowledge Management Demonstrated analytical skills and experience of working with metrics with attention to details Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated usage of MS Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills Ability to build effective relationships Preferred Skills (not a must): Experience working in a multinational HR Shared Service environment Ability to understand root cause of issues and effectively problem solve using ADP tools Advanced proficiency in Turkish or German nice to have Why GSK?
