For more details about General Mills please visit this Link Purpose of the role The HR Reporting Analyst is a critical member of the global HR Reporting Services team that provides expertise in understanding Workday HR data and processes, and is able to translate complex information into an easy, effective format to support business needs. This role applies their own expertise and actively collaborates with HR process and data stewards, HR Analytics teams, and governance teams to ensures the right data, metrics and reporting tools are leveraged to translate complex information into an easy, effective format that is audience appropriate. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Test, document, and deploy new and enhanced reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) and visualizations (dashboards, discovery boards) in Workday. Serve as primary backup for ServiceNow reporting and dashboards. Leverage calculated fields and Workday’s business objects to recommend optimal reporting solutions. Provide input on reporting impacts for projects, system enhancements, and other business initiatives. Partner with stakeholders to define report requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs. Deeply understand the data and how business processes influence data to ensure the right data is leveraged in deliverables. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security by adhering to HR reporting governance standards and processes. Provide consultative reporting support including evaluating user requests for impact to ensure necessity or scalability. Drive standard interpretation and use of workforce data, clearly communicating any nuances impacting interpretation. Serve as an HR workforce data expert, consulting and guiding stakeholders on HR Data. Proactively identify and implement scalable reporting solutions. Conduct data integrity audits collaborating with partners to make recommend clean-up strategies, process improvements, and accuracy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education – Full time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory- Note: This is the minimum education criteria which cannot be altered) Minimum years of related experience required: 2 Years PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Preferred years of related experience: 3 Years Experience with case management, and report and visualizations in ServiceNow. Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros). Tech savvy and ability to leverage reporting tools (standard reporting, worksheets, dashboards, discovery boards) in Workday. Understanding of Workday security model. Skillsets Required- Service-oriented and customer-focused approach to completing work.  Ability to partner with various customer segments and HR business support groups.   Must have high attention to detail, and ability to check own work to ensure report accuracy and minimize errors.  Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.  Strong business acumen and deep working knowledge of HCM concepts, best practices and procedures.  Must have excellent sound judgment and discretion regarding the handling of confidential information.   Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; ability to influence various stakeholders.  Strong communication skills written and oral.  Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations and collaborate effectively.  Proven analytical/critical thinking skills to interpret data and tell the story.  Highly self-motivated, self-starter who can navigate ambiguity.  Competencies/Behaviors required for job: Communication - Ability to effectively communicate ideas (via written & verbal communication) with team, end users and stakeholders from different functions within the organization.
