HR Representative

The Human Resources Representative will play a key role will be responsible for providing day-to-day human resource generalist support to managers and associates across three key Ecolab locations (Greensboro Manufacturing & Operations, High Point Customer Care Center (EC3) Distribution Center, and Asheville Global Wipes Operations & Manufacturing). Key areas of responsibility include data analytics, monthly reporting, new employee onboarding, mapping and improvement of HR processes across all three sites, and support of annual HR and Talent initiatives such as annual employee performance review, talent assessment, talent calibration, and annual merit process.

What You Will Do:  

Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders to promote data driven decision making and strategy development. 

Supports the annual salary and bonus planning process

Provides employee and manager training including Performance, Planning and Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment

Help support talent council meetings in the sites

Act as a backup to the local site HR leads.   Support Greensboro, High Point and Asheville sites when the HR lead is away from work.

Provide HR related data and reporting to leaders in order to promote data driven decision making and strategy development. 

Participates in corporate-wide HR service delivery improvement projects.

Manage the annual (PP&D) Performance, Planning and Development program.  Oversee communication and education of the PP&D program.  Train new manages.  Ensure associates receive timely feedback and goal are set. 

Partners with Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure the organization’s recruiting needs are fulfilled. 

Minimum Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s Degree

3 years of progressive human resource experience, preferably as a generalist 

Experience working with exempt and non-exempt workers in a manufacturing or logistics environment

Able to travel to Asheville (National Wiper Alliance) twice monthly

No immigration sponsorship available

Preferred Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, business or equivalent.  

MBA or Master’s Degree in related field  

Proven employee relations and active listening skills  

Strong data analytics skills

Strong leadership skills

Demonstrated experience handling internal investigations

Ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization  

Strong organizational, time and project management skills  

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines  

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions
