HR Representative Athens, TX **Onsite** Contract $35/hr - $40/hr Our client, a well known energy management company is urgently looking to hire an **HR Manager** to join their team **ON SITE in Athens, TX!** **** This is a 6+ month contract to hire on W2 offering a full benefits package **** **Required Skills & Experience** + Bachelors degree in HR + 5+ years of Human Resources experience + Must be able to work Monday/Wednesday 2pm-10pm + Extensive employees relations and investigations experience + Experience in Supply-chain, manufacturing, or distribution/warehouse **Job Responsibilities** + The HR Generalist works in partnership with the local HRBP and management team on supporting the HR processes including employee relations, attendance, engagement, and recruiting + This role will support a Distribution Center in Athens, TX - supporting the employee experience is a critical piece of the role.
