HR Resiliency Analyst

The HR Regulatory Management team ensures the Human Resources organization maintains strong and productive engagement with US Regulators, particularly the Federal Reserve, OCC and FDIC and key country regulators. The team proactively oversees global regulatory matters to ensure the organization is well positioned and responsive to all regulatory queries and requirements.
In particular, the HR Resiliency team is responsible for compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies related to Recovery and Resolution Planning, Continuity of Business, and Crisis Management.
The team partners closely with subject matter experts within risk segments to:
• Oversee and coordinate regulatory obligations and reviews to ensure the risk organization proactively addresses regulatory requests and concerns.
• Coordinate with Citi program managers to ensure responsibilities assigned to HR are completed timely and accurately.
• Work closely with partners in other Businesses and Functions, Second and Third Lines of Defense, to ensure appropriate interpretation and execution of programs to comply with regulatory obligations.
This role will be primarily supporting the HR Recovery and Resolution Planning (“RRP”) team, responsible for coordinating all required activities under guidance from the Finance Capital Planning Review Team. Key objectives are to establish a centralized and consistent framework for independent review and challenge, enable an end-to-end perspective within HR, and increase transparency of methodologies, processes, governance and results.
The HR RRP Analyst is accountable for ensuring implementation of the HR resolution planning activities such as the coordination of key personnel identification, generating reports for management decision, drafting documentation for regulatory submission, and coordinating data and reports from teams within HR and other Citi businesses and functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required in order to negotiate internally with other teams supporting the RRP program.
**Responsibilities:**
• Project manage the successful and timely completion of all HR assigned activities and milestones for all RRP programs
• Facilitate the completion of milestones and deliverables with other HR teams and Citi businesses and functions
• Execute, review, and document the HR Chief Administration Office assigned activities
• Coordinate with the Finance Central RRP team to ensure all milestones are identified and completed timely
• Identify and escalate roadblocks to management and propose corrective action plans to ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate and support activities completed by other team members within the Resiliency team
• Other skills: strong verbal and written communication, experience with effective reporting to senior management and communication with second and third lines of defense
**Qualifications:**
• 6+ years of experience
• Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
• Demonstrates ability to assess and identify issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques; structure potential solutions; drive to resolution with senior stakeholders
• Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution, understanding how to operate effectively across diverse businesses
• Experience on Resiliency programs or HR functional assessments preferred
**Education:**
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
