HR Senior Coordinator

The salary range for this role is:

$21.43 - $34.24

Responsibilities:

This position will provide administrative support for HR department and assist with employee questions, issues, and problem resolution.

Maintain, track, and update all LOA and FMLA/CFRA spreadsheets and master file, including mailing of all proper FMLA/CFRA paperwork.Provide all employees prompt and efficient attention for all Human Resources inquiries. Thoroughly answers all employee inquiries and responds to all requests while employing an exceptional customer service demeanor.Assist with the administration of Internal Bid Job Postings, Bid Applicant Selection, and Bid Assignments; ensure tracking and weekly reporting.Track and follow-up on Disciplinary Action forms submitted by Operations Management.Assist with Recruitment for seasonal and hourly workforce, i.e., onboarding, new hire orientation, data entry of new hire information, etc.Work in conjunction with HR supervisor to track completion of holiday pay.Work in conjunction with HR Supervisor on seniority list.Assist with pre and post pack work, i.e., registration letters, orientation date, schedule. Provide weekly reporting.Assist with Saturday overtime report.Responds to all Verification of Employment Requests. Reviews and completes all EDD claims forms and Benefit Audits andState Disabilities Insurance Benefits claims. Assists with all phone calls from EDD/CA-SDI representatives regarding any employee and State Disability questions.Issue Statement research for Holiday Pay Complaints, Funeral Leave Pay Complaints, Jury Duty Pay Complaints.Responds to all employee inquiries related to Attendance Point balances.Ensure compliance with personnel files.Assist with employee engagement and employee recognition activities.Assist with gathering responses to Employee Issue Statement. Complaints under direction of Area Sr HR ManagerOther duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degreeNon-degreed candidates must have 4 years of directly related work experience.Minimum 1 year of HR operations and LOA experience required.Effective communication skillsStrong PC-skills relating to spreadsheet, database and word processing programs
