Description
International Company is seeking a Global Human Resources professional to lead the corporate HR function in a Senior Director capacity. The chosen candidate will be expected to build and enhance business relationships globally, drive the company's human resources strategy, and lead delivery of comprehensive human resources services.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of the company's human resources strategy across all divisions
• Develop and manage talent acquisition strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent
• Implement effective talent management strategies, including employee engagement, development, performance management, and succession planning
• Oversee the total rewards program, including compensation and benefits, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives
• Ensure HR compliance with relevant laws and regulations across all locations
• Manage HR information systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Foster strong business relationships across global functions to support strategic initiatives and business objectives
• Handle employee and labor relations, including managing a small number of unionized employees
• Utilize HRMS and ADP Workforce Now for all HR related tasks and functions
• Utilize strong communication skills to resolve conflicts and enhance interpersonal relationships within the organization.
Requirements
*International HR Management experience required.
*Degree in HR Management HR certification highly desired.
• Familiarity with HRMS is essential.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Benefit Functions is necessary.
• Excellent Communication skills are expected.
• Strong understanding of Compliance within the HR field is required.
• Proven experience in Employee Relations is crucial.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition is needed.
• Knowledge of International business is important.
• Understanding of HR Compliance is required.
• Experience in managing Employee performance is necessary.
• Proficiency in Performance Management is expected.
*10+ years in HR leadership
