What education and/or experience are needed for success? + 5 years+ recruiting experience in a Corporate HR or Recruiting Agency environment. + Bachelor’s Degree and SHRM/HRCI certification preferred + Specific industry experience in manufacturing support or on-site industrial services is desirable but not required. + Proficient with Ceridian Dayforce ATS or similar. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
