Our client, a leading organization in the human resources sector, is seeking an HR Service Center Representative to join their team. As an HR Service Center Representative, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** HR Service Center Representative
**Location:** Oak Brook, IL (Open to Remote)
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide exceptional support to employees and management regarding HR inquiries.
+ Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration.
+ Handle HR-related tasks independently in a remote setting.
+ Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR activities.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associate's degree in a relevant field.
+ Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or 5 years in a customer service role.
+ Must be tech-savvy and able to operate independently.
+ Reside in IL, IN, WI, Washington DC, or VA.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is essential.
