Position Summary:
The Supervisor position is responsible for directly leading the HR Service Center team, delivering high quality, exemplary services to Park Nicollet colleagues. Fosters a team environment and a strong, service-oriented culture, ensuring timely and quality-driven customer outcomes that maintain a superior standard for service, quality, and productivity. Leads call center activities that include self-service and personal 1:1 assistance regarding HR programs and systems. Oversees accurate data entry and maintenance of team member and organizational data within various HR systems. Demonstrates strong partnerships with the HR Center of Excellence teams including Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Employee Occupational Health Services (FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, etc.), Recruiting, HR Business Partners, and Employee/Labor Relations. Will partner closely subject matter experts to maintain and improve services, as well as lead and/or participate in process improvement projects as assigned. Ability to utilize statistical information to perform analysis and make recommendations regarding process and/or technology improvements, ultimately enhancing our service delivery model. Facilitates training, which includes but is not limited to, new employee orientation.
The HRSC supervisor will lead a team of 6 representatives and 1 assistant.
Work Schedule: M-F 8a-5p. This role will initially be onsite with the opportunity to become hybrid.
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline Minimum 3 years related experience, including direct leadership experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience Experience with HR systems including applicant tracking and personnel managementKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office products Laptop and desktop People Fluent Applicant Tracking System Lawson Database Fax/Telephone SharePoint
