Position Overview:\n

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts by coordinating various aspects of recruitment, including job fairs, contingent workforce management, report generation, onboarding assistance, interview scheduling, and social media engagement. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in ensuring a seamless recruitment process and attracting top talent to our organization.\n

What you'll do: \n\nPlan, organize and coordinate job fairs to attract prospective candidates and track recruitment activities.\nServe as point of contact for day-to-day managed service provider needs.\nManage interview scheduling logistics, including coordinating availability between candidates and interviewers.\n Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.\nPrepare onboarding materials and facilitate the completion of necessary paperwork.\nCreate engaging content for various social media platforms to promote job openings, company culture, and recruitment events.\nMonitor social media channels for candidate inquiries and engagement, responding promptly and appropriately.\nAdditional responsibilities as required to support our team's success.\n\n

Minimum Requirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent military experience\nOne year experience in a role that required strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.\nOne year experience in a role that required excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite \n\n

Preferred Qualifications:\n\nCertification in HR or recruitment-related field (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).\nExperience in coordinating job fairs and recruiting events.\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and their role in recruitment marketing.\nAnalytical skills for generating and interpreting recruitment data and reports.\n\n

Physical Requirements:\n\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.\nFrequently moves boxes weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.\n\n

Travel Requirements:\n\nHybrid position after the completion of training\n\n
