Required Skills Position Summary: This position will support the Human Resources Shared Services team and is responsible for HR Services and Administration for Traylor Construction Group. This role serves a critical function to maintain standard and consistent data process management across diverse regions, including multiple offices, Traylor business units that include both craft and non-craft employees. This position must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This position performs a variety of HR services and administrative duties as well as daily data entry as part of a centralized team. Key Tasks and Responsibilities HR Administration + Data Management/Integrity – Front end entry into ERP/HRIS software including employee change of status: salary/wage adjustments, new hires, terminations, address changes, manager changes, transfers etc. + Troubleshoot integration issues between systems + Personnel document imaging + Assist in the development of electronic HR workflows + Relocation Administration + Scheduling of Monthly and Weekly new hire orientation + PTO system administration Talent Acquisition Administration + Administration of electronic new hire/onboarding items + New Hire welcome kits + Creation and distribution of Welcome Emails + Document Control/Imaging + Troubleshoot Onboarding system issues LMS Administration + Employee set-up and ongoing maintenance + Launch and track online compliance training + Troubleshooting login and system maintenance + Launch and prepare survey results for training courses Event Coordination + Researching, scheduling venues, lodging, meals for HR related events + Track and order SWAG inventory for HR related events Additional Tasks/Responsibilities + Expression of Sympathy gifts + Other duties as assigned or required Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience · Associate’s degree in business administration or related experience Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills; both written and verbal · Qualified candidates must have a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality at all times + Attention to detail and ability to multi-task required + Ability to work with and connect with all levels of management and individual contributors + Flexibility to be available off hours as needed for nationwide support + Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), SharePoint, and HRIS and/or Talent Management Software Physical Demands + Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards + Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards + Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. + Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on telephone + Requires sedentary work that involves walking or standing some of the time and routine keyboard operations Traylor Bros., Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, genetic information, pregnancy, disability, protected activity, or other non-merit factors.
