HR Services Executive

We are seeking a talented individual to join our HR Services Executive at Marsh. This role will be based in the Indonesia. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 

You will play a crucial role in supporting our global organization and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. Work alongside some of the industry's brightest and most energetic individuals who will nurture, challenge, and empower you. We will count on you to:

 

Address employee inquiries related to DPLK, Employee Benefits and other urgent matters.

Ensure internal transfers run smoothly with proper supporting documentation.

Collaborate with the payroll and tax teams to resolve any payroll issues and provide payroll information to authorized individuals as appropriate.

Maintain loan collateral and prepare loan agreements.

Coordinate with relevant teams for tax and payroll audits.

Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department.

Collaborate with HR/People Partners on employee-related tasks.

Work closely with statutory bodies in Indonesia when required.

Support special projects to drive process improvements and ad-hoc HR-related activities.

Manage expatriate’s permit paperwork

 

What you need to have:

 

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Services in a multinational company.

Strong knowledge of HR Processes, Payroll and Compliance regulations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Experience working in Shared Services or supporting global colleagues.

Proficiency in Microsoft suite

Proficiency in Workday, ServiceNow, or other HR systems.
